IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: She's petrified of it if she thinks she's not in control. I'm absolutely in favor of her learning to loosen up and trust that kind of affection, but she'll panic and lash out if not suitably prepared.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: She'd love a fight, I'm ambivalent.
RELATIONSHIPS: F/F or F/NB preferred. Could be persuaded to F/M for canonmates. There's other edge male cases I could be down for, but it depends.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Has a connection to the Cognitive World and an ability to mess with perceptions. The circumstances of how it works are so obtuse as to be irrelevant in a thread where we didn't plan it out, but it both makes her resistant to mental manipulation, yet vulnerable if she lets herself slip.

VISUAL: Brown-haired teenage girl, 17-18. Typically dressed in her school uniform, with a large bow, skirt, and tights. On her off hours, she prefers to wear lengthy trenchcoats and she often wears extra layers even in the warmer months of the year. She very rarely takes off her gloves.
AURAL: Fairly light and playful when "performing," drops an octave and gets harsher when she's particularly bitter and honest. Kira Buckland's vocal range comes to mind.
DEMEANOUR:
Much of Akechi's actions are performance and how she acts depends on how she interprets the power structure in the room. Against strong or powerful figures, she presents herself as delicate and sweet to cater, especially among members of the male-dominated conspiracy she's operating with. She walks carefully, she talks carefully, she positions herself carefully to be loyal and intelligent but Not Too Smart.
When she's feeling particularly vicious or above someone, her tone is more likely to have mean girl, back-handed tone to it. Fake compliment, snide insults, and frequent needling. She likes to grasp onto any power she's got. If she thinks she's on equal footing or facing a potential thrilling challenge, she finds herself eager to engage in verbal blows, flirtation, or just general one-up-man-ship. Through all these versions of herself, she moves with poise and more than a little dramatization.
If she's played post-game, she's mostly just bitter and sarcastic. She no longer bothers with fashionable outfits and careful make-up, focusing instead on things that make her unnoticeable to passerby. She keeps herself slouched and small, she's more obviously venomous, and give death glares to most people who come close. Vicious little wet cat.
